Directions is delighted to have your company present during a General Session. Your presentation schedule is subject to the needs of the overall General Sessions.

AV Questionnaire

For Sponsors that have a General Session presentation included in their sponsorship package, please download the Audio Visual Questionnaire and submit to https://spaces.hightail.com/uplink/infoadvantage by February 6, 2025.

You will have a 7-minute presentation including up to 2 minutes to show a video.

Presentation Information

You can enter your General Session information and speaker bios and photos using Sessionize, our Mobile App and agenda publishing system. Instructions and access link will be published here when available.

Rehearsal Schedule

The General Sessions will be held in The Theater at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas. To help with your preparations and to ensure your presentation will go smoothly, we ask that you please submit Presentation Description, AV Questionnaire, PowerPoint slide deck(s), and video(s) by the timeline listed above, and participate in a Stage Rehearsal. Prior to the conference, we can arrange conference calls as needed with the AV team to help with your planning.

Please plan for your presenters to arrive in Las Vegas on Saturday, April 5 so they can participate in the Stage Rehearsals starting on Sunday morning. During rehearsals the Directions Planning and AV teams will be on hand to assist. We will contact you with regard to your rehearsal time. Rehearsal schedule is tightly orchestrated as there will be many teams of presenters.

PowerPoint Templates

A Directions 2025 PowerPoint Template is available for your use when creating your PowerPoint Decks. You may use your company branding on your General Session decks.

Video Format

MP4 or MOV format. Please plan for 1080p HD keeping in mind projector display resolution will be 1920x1080.

Audio Visual Set Up

The following audio visual equipment will be available for use during your General Session presentation. Note that setup and equipment mix are subject to change.

  • Main stage at The Theatre 60’ wide x 40’ deep
  • On stage 12’ x 36’ LED Video Wall for presentations and 2 branding LED walls flanking stage
  • Projector display resolution 1920 x 1080
  • Computer presentation table (standing height) with power
  • Mac Book Pro Playback System
  • Hardwired Internet connections
  • Wireless Internet connections with dedicated bandwidth for speakers
  • Two Confidence Monitors
  • Speaker Timer
  • Wireless Mics and Podium Mics

Please plan to have your presentation computer(s) on the computer presentation table on stage from 45 minutes prior to the start of the General Session where you present until it concludes. Videos will be preloaded on the event AV presentation computers. It is an option if you prefer to also preload your PowerPoint presentation decks on the event AV presentation computers.
